Locum - Nurse Practitioner - General Medicine

We are seeking General Medicine Providers to conduct Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments as a vital part of our healthcare initiative. This role offers flexibility to work from your own office or from a VES facility, enabling you to make a significant difference in the lives of those who have served.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct non-treatment Compensation & Pension exams and separation health assessments.
- Primarily perform interview-based evaluations with some physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
- Complete all necessary documentation and reports post-examination, including any addendums.
- Maintain proficiency in METs testing and cardiovascular/respiratory evaluation.
- Participate in quick credentialing and onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
- Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine.
- Must own a laptop (non-Mac/Apple products) to complete reports and documentation.
License and Certification Requirements:
- AANP certification is required.
- Active and unrestricted full licensed to practice in Arkansas.
- Willingness to complete DMA training for certification is mandatory.
