We are seeking an experienced Field Inspector to support major infrastructure and transit-related construction projects. You will oversee multiple projects, document site activity, and help maintain safety and quality standards across all assignments. Field Inspector II Requirements
- Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field (experience may substitute year-for-year).
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction, transit, infrastructure, or similar technical project environments.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- OSHA 30 certification and safety compliance knowledge preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports, correspondence, and technical discussions.
Field Inspector II Responsibilities
- Monitor onsite construction work to verify proper materials, installation methods, and adherence to contract specifications.
- Prepare and maintain detailed daily logs of activities, quantities, field conditions, and observations.
- Conduct inspections and site reviews to document work quality and identify deficiencies or safety concerns.
- Support project teams by reviewing submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation related to assigned projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior inspection staff as needed.
