- Active GA medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in both obstetrics and gynecology; comfort with ~45% C-section rate
- Ability to work 24-35 patients/day and 1:6 call
- Team-oriented; able to supervise/collaborate with midwives/NPs/hospitalists

OB Hospitalist + MFM support

?? Schedule 8:00–5:00 clinic (patients 8:30–~4:15)
24–35 patients/day
Optional post-call days off
Gradual ramp-up for new providers
?? Call 1:6 rotation, 24-hour shifs- Midwife on call with you
?? Volume ~110 deliveries/month (group)
~45% C-section rate
No pregnancy terminations
?? Compensation $250K–$300K base Productivity model: keep 50% of GYN profits
$400K-$450K earning potential year 1
