Overview:

The Sr. Events Project Manager works with a team of Events Project Managers and oversees the delivery and leads efforts for all activities related to company events. This position works to identify and eliminate risks, integrate functions and business operations, and other similar strategic initiatives. The Sr Project Manager – Events has ongoing accountabilities for all processes, resources, and deliverables related to events.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement project management processes and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations
  • Define critical success criteria for all phases of events and resolve complete scope and timeline conflicts, influencing executive-level sponsors
  • Manage technical and non-technical aspects of events
  • Plan, schedule, and ensure timely completion of all events
  • Assemble project teams, using both internal and external resources, and manage resource allocation and day-to-day operations of the event
  • Serve as a liaison between customer and stakeholders regarding events
  • Lead a team in the delivery of all phases of the event
  • Ensure consistency and best practices are applied to every event
  • Manage consulting partners in the planning and delivery of individual events
  • Provide solutions to complex, high-impact business problems from event requests through implementation
  • Help to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, contributing to the development of the project managers
  • Ability to travel over 50% of the time
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $105,600.00 – $158,400.00 / year Pay Transparency Statement: At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
