Requirements of the Medical Physicist

• Ph.D. preferred but necessary
• Masters in Medical Physics
• Board Certification by the American Board of Radiology
  Expertise in CT Simulation,
• Commissioning and beam modeling using Varian linacs and Eclipse treatment, generating brachytheraphy plans and generating external beam treatment plans.
