Position Overview:
- Job Details: 24 Hour Call (7 am - 7 am)
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Trauma Level/Designation: No Trauma Designation
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Required Procedures:
- Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry
- Small Bowel Biopsy
- Lower GI Endoscopy
- Sigmoidoscopy
- Colonoscopy
Required Types of Upper GI Endoscopy:
- With Biopsy
- With Foreign Body Removal
- With Banding of Varices
- Diagnostic
- With PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified/Eligible - REQUIRED
- Active KY License - REQUIRED
- Flu vaccine - REQUIRED
- COVID Vaccinate - Preferred
- 100% Clean background - REQUIRED
