Now Hiring: Travel CT Tech in Saranac Lake, NY
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8 hour Night Shift | Sunday to Thursday – no call or weekends required
Important: MUST reside 75 miles or more from zip code 12983 or will accept local candidates - rate TBD
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate X-ray and CT imaging equipment to perform quality-imaging studies as prescribed by the physician on all patient types, ages and medical conditions using established standards and procedures
• Adjust equipment settings to capture high-quality images based on the diagnostic requirements.
• Reviews studies for quality and accuracy
• Follow protocols for different types of scans (e.g., chest, abdomen, head)
• Administer contrast materials when required for CT scans
Qualifications:
• ARRT (CT) certified & Active NY License required
• BLS (AHA) Required
• Minimum 2+ years of CT experience and 1 year of radiologic/imaging experience – Must be able to perform and manage routine X-ray procedures throughout the shift
• Required specific experience and training in Radiology
