We are looking for a compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at a residential training facility in Devens, Massachusetts (MA). As a physician, you will play a crucial role in providing direct medical care to our students.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct medical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and provide referrals for specialized care.
  • Coordinate and administer immunizations and manage the detection and control of communicable diseases.
  • Implement protocols for the prevention and management of infectious diseases.
  • Monitor and support the continuation of care for students receiving external medical services.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor health and wellness programs to support students' wellbeing.
  • Advise the facility staff on medical and health-related matters.
  • Oversee ordering, safeguarding, and accounting of health equipment, supplies, and medications.
  • Review health policies, monitor expenditures, and adjust as necessary to maintain budgetary compliance.
  • Issue and update Health Care Guidelines in line with organizational and state requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned by the facility's administration.
