We are seeking a board-certified Pediatric Hospitalist for a locum tenens assignment in California starting Nov 7, 2025. This 34-day opportunity involves 24-hour call shifts, including rounding and emergency care in the delivery room. The assignment specifically covers a stretch from Nov 7 at 7am to Nov 11 at 7am, with potential for additional 5-7 day stretches each month in 2026 for candidates able to cover these dates. Experience with emergency umbilical lines and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification are required. Familiarity with the Epic EMR system is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties- Round on pediatric patients and provide inpatient care
- Cover 24-hour call shifts, responding to all in-hospital pediatric emergencies
- Manage delivery room cases, including emergency umbilical line placement
- Ensure compliance with Neonatal Resuscitation Program guidelines
- Document all care and procedures using Epic EMR
