Join Ability Beyond and provide in-home PT services to adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD/DD) and Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) living in group homes. - Schedule: Full Time 30 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $56-58 per hour

Your Role:
- Provide meaningful, person-centered PT care.
- Assess mobility and functional needs, then develop and update individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, balance, and independence.
- Partner with and teach group home staff to support each individual’s goals and ensure safe techniques.
