Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Certifications Requirements: Valid State Pharmacist License, Oncology Pharmacy Certification (BCOP), CPR Certification.
• Experience Requirements: At least 2+ years of clinical pharmacy experience, including specialized experience with chemotherapy drugs.
• Other Requirements: Ability to handle complex medication protocols, strong communication skills, detail-oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide expert clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and patient counseling.
