Job Requirements- Education Requirements: A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Certifications Requirements: Valid State Pharmacist License, Oncology Pharmacy Certification (BCOP), CPR Certification.
- Experience Requirements: At least 2+ years of clinical pharmacy experience, including specialized experience with chemotherapy drugs.
