Position Summary:
We are a large, well-established multi-specialty staff model HMO seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Cardiologist to join our outpatient cardiology team. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with primary care providers, specialists, and advanced practice providers.
We are seeking a provider who is enthusiastic about patient-centered care, committed to clinical excellence, and motivated to contribute to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Board Certification by the American Board of Medical Specialties
At least 2 years of clinical practice experience preferred
Comfortable supervising and partnering with advanced practice providers (PA/ARNP/DNP)
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with medical staff, clinical support teams, and leadership
Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic experience valued) and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with value-based care models is a plus; training provided for new physicians
