Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventative health
Educate patients and families on wellness, early detection, and disease management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure exceptional outcomes
Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license required
Passion for practicing value-based, patient-centered primary care

Competitive base salary up to $350K based on experience
