Mammo Tech/ Rad Tech needed asapCOVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM. Exemption forms are available in Trio/Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures), or please ask your delivery team for documents. IF APPROVED BY HEALTHSYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. To avoid delays in processing, please include traveler covid vaccination card/or intent to fill out exemption form with profile submission. BERKSHIRE HEALTH SYSTEM WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. Must have excellent patient care skills. Must be current with all continuing education for both radiology and mammography2 Years X-Ray experience, 1 YEAR CURRENT EXPERIENCE2 Years MAMMOGRAPHY experience - Current exprience to 2 ARRT (R) Certification - RequiredARRT (M) Certification - RequiredBLS (AHA)Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferredMust be willing to work weekends and evenings Traveler must have their own vehicle for this needRequested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
