Seeking a board certified/eligible psychiatrist to provide adult inpatient psychiatric care in an Indiana hospital setting with a typical Monday–Friday schedule, occasional PHP/IOP or telepsychiatry coverage, and collaboration with NP, social work, and utilization review. Role emphasizes clinical work over administrative duties, includes interdisciplinary team meetings, paid malpractice with tail, wellness programs, and back-office support. Compensation includes base salary, quality/productivity incentives, potential extra pay for after-hours/weekend coverage, and standard benefits (401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, CME).

Role Overview
Provide direct psychiatric care to adult patients in an inpatient setting
Typical caseload of patients per day
Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (some flexibility available)
Primarily inpatient responsibilities with occasional PHP/IOP or telepsychiatry coverage
Collaborate closely with a full-time nurse practitioner
Supported by utilization review and social work
Participate in daily interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
Clinical & Operational Support
Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage

Requirements
Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry
Active (or eligible) Indiana medical license
