Our client's national fast-food franchise is looking to hire a General Manager to oversee daily operations in Lincoln, Nebraska. The ideal candidate can lead, develop, and motivate the team; adapt to and abide by all of our policies and procedures, and provide outstanding customer service to every guest-- all while having fun!

General Manager Perks:

General Manager Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent fast food General Manager experience is required
• College degree, preferred
• New restaurant opening experience, preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred
• Solid work career tenure and progression, including no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
• Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule including daytime, evenings, and weekends
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability and desire to travel during initial training period
