Position Highlights:
Provide comprehensive primary care for all ages pediatrics to geriatrics
Diagnose and treat chronic and acute conditions with continuity of care
Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and wellness counseling
Partner closely with an experienced Advanced Practice Provider
Enjoy light call coverage supported by RN triage
Optional teaching roles available (mentoring med students, NP/PA students)

Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual BC in Internal Medicine & PediatricsRequired
(If Board Eligible: must be within 5 years of eligibility and BC within 3 years of employment)
Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain Required
Minimum 1 year of primary care experienceRequired
Clean malpractice and license historyNo exceptions

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $250,000 $260,000, based on experience
Productivity Incentives: Earn additional compensation from Day 1
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000, paid with first paycheck
Retention Bonus: Additional $25,000 at start of year two
