ED sees ~130k adult visits/year, Level III Trauma Center; separate 17-bed Pediatric ED. Schedule includes >90 physician coverage hours and >110 mid-level hours daily. - BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
- Eligible for NC medical license
- Experience in high-acuity, high-volume EDs preferred
- Ability to work within trauma center and multidisciplinary services
- Comfortable with adult and potential pediatric ED collaboration

Seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join a busy ER
-96-bed adult unit
-ED treats 130k adult cases annually
-This ED serves a high acuity patient population with 28% annual admission rate
-There are over 90 hours of adult physician coverage daily and over 110 hours mid-level coverage daily
-Level III Trauma Center with robust hospitalist service, interventional cardiology 24/7, cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, etc.
-The facility is Chest Pain and Stroke accredited
There is also a separate Pediatric ED with 17 dedicated beds with an additional 24 hours of physician coverage and 20 hours of mid-level coverage
Opportunities exist for both clinical and academic emergency physicians
