Np/PA Needed for Primary Care/Occ Med position in the Western, Chicago Suburbs

Need: Np/PA for Occ Med/Primary Care

Location: Western Suburbs of Chicago.

On-site clinics for employees and their family members

Mostly Primary Care with some Occ Med.

When: asap - 10/28 Mon-Fri and every other Sat :

Shifts: M/Tu 9a-6p, W 8a-5p, Th 10a-5p, F 8a-1p, Sat 8a-12p

(Second Saturday of the month > every third one)

Position Description: Seeing patients ages 2 and up

Primary Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care

Requirements

2-5 years of APP experience in a clinical setting

Experience in Urgent Care or OccMed is a plus

BLS and/or ACLS required

Phlebotomy certification is a plus
