LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Cocord, California.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active CA state OT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
