Schedule • Shift: Day Standard 5x8s (7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.) • Workweek: 40 hours, rotating between multiple sites (8s, 10s, and 12s available for CRNAs)
Case Mix • General, vascular, neuro, OB/GYN ( 1,000 deliveries/year), urology (No hearts or complicated pediatrics) • Healthy peds dental and ENT, ENT, cataracts, ortho (no totals), endoscopy • CRNAs handle epidurals during the day; MDs handle nights/weekends (1:7 rotation)
