Job Details:
• Work 13-week assignment duration
• Provide direct clinical care to pediatric intensive care patients on a per-shift basis
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care responsibilities
• Support facility CNO in ensuring high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management
• Report to staffing office on 4th floor for onboarding
• Work at unit level providing specialized pediatric intensive care services
