Clinical Scope

This is a Traditional Practice model requiring the provider to manage a full spectrum of care:

• Patient Demographic: Newborn through Geriatric.
• Clinic Duties: High-volume outpatient practice.
• Inpatient Duties:Required coverage for Pediatric and Newborn patients.

Requirements

• Board Certification: BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Licensure: Active Wisconsin ( WI ) State License.
• EMR: Proficiency in Epic is required.

Credentialing: Estimated 90-day timeframe.
