- 2+ years of scrub tech experience (required)
- Trauma Level I experience (required)
- Experience in complex cardiac, transplant (kidney/liver), endovascular, laparoscopic & trauma cases
- BLS (AHA only)
- CST preferred
- Experience in Level I or similar high-acuity hospitals
- Must live 50+ miles from facility
- Must have license in hand at submission
- References NOT required (UW Health excludes them from profile)
- CABG, valves, TAVR, EVAR/TEVAR
- Vascular procedures (AAA repair, bypasses, carotid, fistulas, stents)
- Trauma: GSWs, MVAs, amputations
- Transplants: kidney & liver (hard stop requirement)
- Robotics (Da Vinci Xi/Si)
- Endoscopic procedures & general surgery
- Experience with complex instrumentation & high-level disinfectant
- RTO reviewed individually; generally not more than 2 weeks
- Must pass telemetry exam (strict requirements, 2 attempts)
- Must complete onboarding quickly due to orientation scheduling
- Locals not accepted
