Position OverviewAlina Telehealth is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to conduct in-person medical evaluations in Anchorage, AK.
This is an evaluation-only role no treatment, prescribing, or ongoing patient management perfect for providers seeking a flexible, low-stress opportunity that fits around existing clinical or telehealth work.
ResponsibilitiesPerform structured medical evaluations at your clinic or approved facility.
Review pre-filled medical documentation and complete standardized reports.
Assess patient functionality and document findings accurately in provided templates.
Submit completed forms securely and on time.
Schedule & Work SetupFlexible schedule: Monday Saturday based on your availability.
Each appointment averages minutes.
No follow-ups, treatment, or prescribing required.
Administrative support provided for scheduling and coordination.
RequirementsActive and unrestricted Alaska NP License.
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
Access to a private office or clinic space (or willingness to use a rental location).
Experience with medical evaluations or functional assessments preferred.
DEA not required.
