- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct therapy services in an outpatient pediatric setting
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and families to support patient goals
- Educate caregivers on home exercise programs and progress updates
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with Kaiser policies and regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and professional practice guidelines
- License:
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license (required)
- Certifications:
- BLS – Required
- Experience:
- Prior outpatient pediatric SLP experience preferred
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to commit to a long-term (1-year) contract
- Must meet Kaiser compliance and onboarding requirements
