This position is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a large anesthesia group in Southern New Mexico, offering an autonomous practice setting alongside anesthesiologists. The role includes performing full-scope anesthetic care independently, managing pre-op and post-anesthesia processes, and participating in a collaborative team environment. StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a large Anesthesia group to assist them with the recruitment of some additional CRNA's to join their team in Southern New Mexico. Located in New Mexico's second largest city, you will enjoy a variety of amenities as well as a short 10-mile drive to the scenic mountain range that sits on the outskirts of town. Be a part of this growing team and take advantage of an autonomous practice setting working independently alongside the Anesthesiologists, practicing as a collaborative Anesthesiology team.
- Perks and Benefits:
- Aggressive Compensation plan with total comp right around $300k +/- (ability to earn more if desired)
- $40k sign on bonus
- 7 weeks of PTO
- Independent Contractor (1099) status
- Practice Highlights / Qualifications:
- Independent, full-scope practice
- Team of 5 Anesthesiologists and 17 CRNAs
- Excellent variety of cases - do everything except heads
- CRNAs independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc.
- Nice quality of life with diluted call pool:
- Approximately 1 week every 10 weeks (only 5 - 6 weeks per year)
- Approximately 1 weekend every 7 weeks (only 7 to 8 weekends per year)
- Only 1 holiday per year
- Very collaborative work environment that strongly values the work of CRNAs
