This role is for a full-time Nursing Faculty member with a BSN to teach and supervise Practical Nursing students in mental health at a Toledo campus. The position involves planning clinical experiences, orienting students, evaluating performance, and participating in curriculum committees. Candidates must have an active Ohio RN license, three years of RN experience, and be capable of fostering a supportive learning environment.
Job Summary Our client is seeking full-time Nursing Faculty (BSN required) to teach Mental Health the Toledo area campus to PN Students. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys mentoring students, supporting hands-on learning, and creating a positive clinical environment. Days and some evenings possible.
Responsibilities • Teach and supervise students at clinical sites and in lab settings • Plan clinical experiences to promote strong engagement and skill development • Orient students to clinical sites, policies, and procedures • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback • Foster a supportive learning environment • Participate in faculty and curriculum committees
Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) • Minimum three years of RN experience (full-time or equivalent) • Active, unencumbered Ohio RN license • Ability to provide official transcripts • Current or obtainable AHA-compliant BLS certification
