Our client, a food manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Clerk to join their team. As a Production Clerk, you will be part of the Operations & Production Department, supporting the Production, Sanitation, Shipping, and Receiving teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Production Clerk
Location: Shirley, NY
Pay Range: $19–$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday schedule, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM.
Duration: Temp-to-hire
What’s the Job?

Review employee hours and prepare daily time and labor reports.

Complete purchase orders and invoices through the Coupa system.

Coordinate temporary labor headcount and communicate with staffing agencies.

Prepare and file production and packaging documentation.

Print labels and next-day employee schedules to support production operations.
What’s Needed?
- Fluency in Spanish required
- 1+ years of experience with data entry, payroll, or administrative support (Coupa experience a plus).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Comfort working in a production or manufacturing environment.
