Provider Recruitment and Orientation: Take charge of provider recruitment and orientation for our growing team. Contribute to the expansion of our urgent care services by identifying and onboarding talented healthcare professionals. Supervision and Quality Assurance: Review, sign, and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure the highest quality of care. Conduct chart reviews, implement corrective action, and perform provider performance reviews for continuous improvement. Communication Facilitator: Be the bridge of communication between the Group and our providers. Facilitate internal staff meetings and ensure seamless updates on clinical procedures. Your role is crucial in maintaining an efficient and collaborative work environment. Qualifications: Board Certification in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine is essential. Possess a minimum of 5 years‘ experience in urgent care or emergency medicine, demonstrating a strong clinical background. DOT Certification is preferred.
