• 7 days on/7 days off rotation with day shift 630 am - 630 pm or night shift 630 pm - 630 am
• Average daily census of 21 patients
• Must remain in-house during shift hours
• Intubation certification required
• PICC/umbilical lines certification required
• HFOV and nitric oversight experience required
• Induced hypothermia experience required
• Transport capability required
