This leadership structure ensures a strong level of communication and teamwork within the department. The facility handles a variety of cases, but the primary focus is on heavy orthopedic surgeries. There are no OB, open heart, or transplant cases. The anesthesia model includes 2 MDs working alongside 4 CRNAs, ensuring a well-supported and efficient workflow.
