Manufacturing Coordinator
Job Overview:
The Manufacturing Coordinator is responsible for creating a digital record of requirements based on each fabrication drawing, maintaining the bill of material and assigning the scope of work predicted for parts that will be fabricated through multiple departments. The Manufacturing Coordinator will be responsible for receiving data from the sales team and maintaining spreadsheets that will supply information to planning and the production team.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

Ability to accurately read and transfer information from fabrication drawings and maintain revision changes from engineering.

Creation of cycle-times for products being produced and conducting time-studies for efficiency in operations.

Accurate data entry for new and existing projects to maintain workflow in operations.

Maintain a high volume of projects consecutively based on schedule and priority.

Comply with all safety, operational, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:

2+ years of experience in SAP or equivalent applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills utilizing applications such as Teams and Outlook.

1+ year of experience in Smartsheets and Microsoft Office.

Previous 5+ years’ experience in fitting, welding and steel fabrication is preferred
