This position is for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician responsible for managing primary care for adult patients, including sick/well visits and chronic disease management such as hypertension and diabetes. The role involves patient assessment, diagnosis, ordering laboratory tests, and prescribing medications according to VA formulary. The physician will manage an average of 10-15 patients per day within the scope of internal medicine practice.
