A Facility in Grundy Virginia / Buchanan County is looking for an experienced, full-time provider for their ED. This need is full time till the position is filled. (Locum-to-Perm is a strong possibility!)

- ED does not handle admints
- ED will respond to floor codes as a back-up to the hospitalist
- Credentialing can be done w/in a couple weeks pending provider cooperation
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible -REQUIRED highly prefer BC
- Must have minimum 2 years experience in EM - REQUIRED
- Looking for minimum 14 shifts/month (7on/7 off)
- VA License - REQUIRED
- COVID Vaccination- REQUIRED
- BLS/ACLS - Current at time of submission
- If not EM board certified - will need ACLS, ATLS, BLS and PALS
- Clean background, no malpractice - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- Must submit full presentation with rates and availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
