Our client is looking for a mission-driven, board-certified Family Medicine physician to join our Family Medicine Residency Program as a faculty member. This role blends clinical care, medical education, academic leadership, and administrative duties.
Job Description:
Compensation : $225000 - $275000 Job ID : 37988
Job Function:
Precept and mentor residents and medical students in the clinic.
Lead educational sessions and contribute to curriculum development and program evaluation.
Conduct timely resident evaluations and support resident well-being.
Participate in resident recruitment, orientation, graduation, and accreditation activities.
Maintain board certification and all required credentials (e.g., BLS, ACLS, MAT Waiver).
Provide high-quality patient care, including policy compliance and quality improvement.
Job Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency.
Board-certified in Family Medicine or equivalent qualification.
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania with valid DEA registration.
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, MAT Waiver.
Familiarity with or commitment to the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) model is strongly preferred.
