Salary and Benefits
- Salary range $110,000 - $120,000 (Depending on experience)

- Holidays: 9 days annually
- Personal Days: 2 days annually (16 hours)

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday 8AM 5PM with one late day
- Designated admin time
- Seeing 18-24 patients per day
- Rotating with other providers for on-call responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments through interviews and patient history reviews
- Accurately diagnose health conditions based on assessments, labs, diagnostics, and medical records
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized care plans for patients
- Monitor and document patient progress and therapeutic responses
- Order labs, diagnostics, and make specialist referrals as necessary
- Coordinate care plans including discharge and follow-up instructions
- Facilitate collaboration among healthcare staff for integrated patient care
- Prescribe medications in accordance with State, Federal, and organizational regulations
- Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and pursue continuing education
- Review patient records in conjunction with collaborating physicians
Requirements
- Master s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active Physician Assistant license in the state of New Jersey
- Valid CDS, DEA, and CPR certification
- Experience in a family practice or community health setting is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
