- Type: Full-time, permanent
- Role: Health Network is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our esteemed team.
- Team Composition: 1.5 Family Medicine Physicians, 1 CNP, 6 Family Medicine Residents
- Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; No Holidays, No Weekends
- Patient Distribution: 100% Outpatient
- Expected Patient Volume: 16-18 patients per day
