Vi at Highlands Ranch is located at 2850 Classic Drive, Highlands Ranch CO 80126
Responsibilities:
Cook
Assist in preparing all types of food while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary work area. You will also assist with receiving and stocking deliveries using proper rotational practices. May assist kitchen attendant as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience within a high quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company preferred
- Basic knife skills
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment
- Use a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handler certificate, as required
- Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable
The position is Monday - Friday, 4p-9p in our Care Center
