Sign-on bonus and 3x12 day shifts for work-life balance MedSurg RN role in Dothan, AL; full-time, 3×12‑hr day shifts; inpatient bedside care delivering assessments, meds, IV starts, dressings, catheter care, and assisting physicians; ongoing assignment (permanent or travel contract—confirm with employer). - Active RN license for Alabama - Med/Surg experience (preferred 1+ year) - IV/med administration competency - BLS (required); ACLS preferred - Ability to work 12‑hr day shifts and lift/assist patients

Responsibilities

MedSurg RNs provide bedside care for a variety of patients and execute individualized patient assessments to create an individualized plan of care. MedSurg RNs prepare equipment and assist physicians during examination and treatment of patients. MedSurg RN job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• MedSurg RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications
• Initiate alternative action when adverse symptomology is displayed
• Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs when necessary
