We are looking for a CRNA to start June 16 th Flora is located two hours east of St. Louis, MO, and 30 minutes from Salem, IL. Cases include orthopedic, endoscopic, general surgery, gastroenterology, and podiatry.

Salem, IL is 30 minutes west of Flora. Salem Township Hospital is located in Salem, IL. The start date is September 15, 2025. Salem is located 1.5 hours east of St. Louis, MO, and provides general surgery, orthopedics, GI, GYN, endoscopy, gastroenterology, and ophthalmology services.

We are hiring 4 CRNAs to rotate between both sites.

One week in Flora, IL: four days (Monday-Thursday) with no call

One week in Salem, IL: five days (Monday-Friday) with no call

One week in Salem, IL: five days (Monday-Friday) on call/call back paid $185 per hour

Compensation: $270,000 1099 M/P ins. with tail coverage
