Key Qualifications: Board certified/board eligible in Critical Care. Possession of a TN License or eligibility to obtain one. Comprehensive experience with critical care patient populations, including cardiac, cardiothoracic surgery, medical, and neuro. Willingness to work 5-10 shifts per month, with a mix of day and night shifts. 12-hour shifts, with a team setup of 3 MDs and 3 APPs during the day and 1 MD and 2 APPs at night.
