Streamlined Credentialing Process (for qualified candidates): We understand the importance of timely care and will work diligently to facilitate temporary privileges for qualified applicants with a clean history (estimated timeframe: ASAP). Supportive Team Collaboration: Partner with skilled surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care for your patients. While our facility is not stroke-certified, we have established protocols for emergency situations and can transfer patients requiring advanced stroke care when needed. Advanced Technology & Resources: Utilize the Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) system to enhance efficiency in documentation and communication. Multi-Provider Environment: We encourage collaboration within a supportive environment, welcoming multiple locum tenens providers to contribute their expertise. Qualifications: Board-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology is required. Fellowship training is not required. Active medical license in Maryland (MD) only is mandatory. Current certifications in ACLS and BLS are essential for patient safety. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient anesthesia setting is preferred. The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
