A family medicine physician will provide comprehensive primary care to diverse patients in an urban health center using a patient-centered medical home model with integrated behavioral health. The position is located in Eugene, Oregon, near the University of Oregon and within close proximity to the Oregon Coast and Portland. This is a permanent, office-based role in a community-focused healthcare setting.
