Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current Physical Therapy license in Ohio required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for travel within the agency service area.
- Experience providing Physical Therapy in a Home Health setting preferred.
- Ability to complete evaluations and develop plans of care consistent with state and agency guidelines.
- Willingness and ability to participate in weekend rotation and availability on observed holidays as needed.
- May supervise Home Health Aides and PTAs in accordance with state regulation and agency policy.
