Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
