Shift: Day | 4×10 hrs | 07:00 – 17:30 Experience: 2 years Cath Lab required | First-time travelers OK License: Compact license accepted at all Swedish facilities WA license status must be listed: Active / In Process / No License If in process, provide applied date & ETA Eligibility: Former Providence perm staff must be separated ≥ 3 months to qualify Schedule & Call: Call required Likely one day off (Tue or Wed) based on scheduling Must be open to floating to other facilities Ratios: 1:1 Certs: BLS, ACLS (Required) Patient Population: Acute MI Interventional & Pre/Post-Procedure patients Procedures & Skills: Cardiac Cath Moderate sedation Blood/Blood Products Cardioversion/Defibrillation Sheath removal PICC/Central lines Port-A-Cath & vascular device care Triple lumen catheters GI/GU/Renal & peripheral vascular biopsies Equipment: Circulate • Scrub • Record
