Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Stowe, PA. PA license preferred.

• Shift Type: 10 Hours.
• Regular Hours: Required.
• Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Required. Beeper call coverage during the week 5pm-7am, with option to weekend beeper call.
• Weekend - On Call (Pager): Offered.
• OT: Not expected but offered.
• Cases: General, Ortho, Vascular, Urology. REQUIRED- Peripheral nerve blocks.
• Other notes about the site: Small community hospital with no OB, trauma, cardiac, or thoracic cases. Light beeper call. High volume of orthopedic cases proficiency in peripheral nerve blocks is important.
• Site Charting System: Epic & iPro.
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4.
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
• What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1.
• Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
• Board Certification or Fellowship Required: Yes Willing to accept. candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes.
• Credentialing: 60 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
