Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-5p. No weekends or holidays
Worksite Setting: Outpatient clinic
Scope of Work: Urgent Care, DOT Physicals, Worker's Comp, Injury First Aid, Employee Screenings.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC or BE ABFM, ABPM, AOA, active CA license, BLS, AED certified, ACLS preferred, DEA, and DOT certified required. Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
EMR: Prognosis
