Seeking an experienced Food & Beverage General Manager for a high-end boutique hotel on Cape Cod to lead F&B outlets and banquets, drive profitability, and deliver luxury guest experiences. Responsibilities include team development, enforcing sanitation and service standards, cost and payroll management, purchasing, reporting and cross-department collaboration. Requires minimum 3 years as GM or F&B Director in fine dining/boutique properties, strong financial and operational skills, and proficiency with standard office tools.

General Manager responsibilities
- Inspiring and developing the team, driving positive culture.
- Create memorable, high-end experiences for all guests.
- Collaboration with other departments to drive success in all areas.
- Manage food, beverage, labor and supply costs to ensure profitability.
- Oversee purchases, reporting, payroll accuracy, and administrative compliance.
- Enforce sanitation and food-handling practices while maintaining high food and service standards.
- Lead all service standards and resolve guest issues to enhance loyalty.
- Oversee all areas of Food and Beverage, including Outlets, and Banquets. Partnering with F&B and Culinary team members to drive success in all areas.
General Manager Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years as a GM or F&B Dir of a Boutique fine dining environment.
- Experience with boutique hotels highly preferred.
- Experience with Forbes standards or Relais and Chateaux standards highly preferred.
- Experience with very high-end groups and events.
- Strong financial acumen and operational discipline.
- Experience in training, performance management, and team development.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic reporting systems.
